Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Palworld Breeding Calculator at palworldbreedingcalculator.net. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this independent fan website. It does not cover Pocketpair, Palworld, or websites you reach through external links.
You can use the calculator without creating an account, supplying your name, or uploading a game save. We do not offer account registration, payments, or a newsletter on this site.
Information we handle
- Calculator selections. Breeding calculations run in your browser. Parent, target, and gender selections may appear in the page URL so you can bookmark or share a result. Those parameters can be visible to anyone who receives the link and to infrastructure handling a request for that URL. Do not put personal information in a shared URL.
- Saved “My Pals” preferences. When you select owned Pals, their identifiers are saved in this browser’s local storage under
palworld_my_pals. This list is not uploaded by the calculator, linked to an account, or synchronized between devices. - Technical request information. Delivering and protecting the site involves network information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, response status, and security signals. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process this information as part of its services.
- Traffic and performance metrics. The live site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views and loading performance. Reports may include page paths, referring sites, country, device type, browser, operating system, and page timing measurements. This is separate from your locally saved My Pals list.
- Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments or other information you include.
How information is used
We use information to deliver the calculator and its data, remember preferences you select, identify errors, understand site performance, protect the service from abuse, respond to messages, and address legal or rights-related requests.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, and securing this free website and responding to correspondence; a legal obligation when one applies; or your consent where required. Consent can be withdrawn for processing that relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We do not sell personal information, use the My Pals list for advertising, or operate an advertising-based profiling system. The site does not currently integrate advertising networks or Google Analytics.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare. Cloudflare helps deliver, secure, and measure the website. Its Web Analytics service uses a performance beacon; Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for its usage metrics and does not track individual visitors across customer websites. Hosting and security processing is separate from those analytics reports. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts. Page typography is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser sends requests to Google to retrieve the stylesheets and font files, which exposes network information such as your IP address and browser request headers to Google. Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies. See Google’s explanation of Fonts privacy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Email. Messages sent to our published address are handled by the email services involved in delivery and reply. We use correspondence to handle the request you send us.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to respond to a valid legal request, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.
External links lead to separately operated websites with their own privacy practices. Opening a share sheet or sending a copied link also involves the app or service you choose.
Retention and security
The My Pals preference has no automatic expiry set by the calculator. It remains in the browser until you change or clear it, remove this site’s browser data, or your browser deletes it. “Clear all” in My Pals empties the saved selection; clearing site data removes the storage entry itself.
Messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain a necessary correspondence record, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Infrastructure logs and analytics are subject to the provider’s retention settings and policies. Cloudflare currently documents a six-month reporting window for Web Analytics; that window does not describe every category of hosting or security data.
The site uses HTTPS, and we aim to limit the personal information we handle. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Your choices and rights
You can use the calculator without saving a My Pals selection, clear that selection in the tool, or remove site data in your browser. Blocking local storage prevents saved selections from persisting but does not stop the core calculator. The Cookie Policy explains these controls in more detail.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Send a request using the contact below. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant record; we will respond within any applicable legal time limit.
We cannot retrieve a My Pals list stored only on your device. You control deletion of that list through the calculator or your browser. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so the site does not use a separate advertising opt-out control.
Children’s privacy
This general-audience fan resource does not ask visitors to provide their age or create a profile, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate. Children should ask a parent or guardian before sending a message or personal details.
Updates and contact
We will update this policy when our services or information practices change and revise the date at the top. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
